I expected the 'Universal PNP' link to be in the 'Advanced' page in the same box as 'Network Objects', but it's not there.  I wish to disable UPNP.  Here are the details of my setup:

Firmware Version:40.21.18
Model Name:MI424WR-GEN3I
Hardware Version:

I

This is what my 'Advanced' page looks like:

Should be disabled by default if I remember right.

Ever since that security issue with upnp devices, Verizon removed/hid the page, and disabled the feature

Actually Mine is definitely enabled, and I recently had reset my router and not gone to the page before this question came up.  And yes I see some rules for some of my devices, e.g. a PS4, are setup.

Wow, interesting, I'll take note.  I thought they disabled it, maybe I had read that somewhere.  It was at the same time as the UpNP vulnerability flaws was becoming the topic of choice, so I assumed maybe.

Thank you!  That was what I needed.  It was enabled, and I was able to disable it.  (I knew it was enabled because there were definitely port-forwarding rules that were generated through uPNP in place).

Thanks again!
