I keep putting in the password and username into the boxes, and it's all the correct information, but I cannot log in. And NO IT IS NOT THE SCRAMBLER.
Lets say my email is Bob@verizon.net. My username is bob.
What do I put in? Bob, or Bob@verizon.net, or some other combo? I cannot get in and it is really frustrating.

The router uses a default username of "admin" and the password would be the Serial number of the router as presented on the sticker found on the bottom of it. If you reset the router back to factory defaults, the default login will be changed to admin for the username, password as the password which you have to change.

It used to be that way. As of a recent firmware update, you are now presented with a screen to enter a new user name and password the first time you access the router. There is no longer a default user name and password.
