Can't redeem Holiday Amazon prime promotion - CAPTCHA service is shutdown

When trying to redeem the Amazon gift card and Prime promotion the link to the verizon website does not work. Going to this site - https://rewards.verizon.com/home/ and clicking on 'View Reward' brings you to a login page.  On the login page it says, "reCAPTCHA V1 IS SHUTDOWN Direct site owners to g.co/recaptcha/upgrade" - Screen shot below.


Please let me know what we need to do to resolve this issue.  Thank you!

1.       My Fios app

  • Select "My Rewards+
  • Then choose how you want to redeem your points

2.       Online, login to www.verizon.com/myrewardsredeem


3.       Redeem points on Fios TV for a Video on Demand


While we investigate the CAPTCHA issue, we will be escalating your issue directly to our @VerizonSupport team for assistance.
