Can't register for $50 Reward card as a new Fios customer

Hi I'm new Fios customer. 

When I logged in my account, There is a message : "In order to receive your reward, you must register within 60 days of your Fios installation. Please take a few moments and do so today."  Register Now  It's $50 reward card as a part of my offer.  
 
When I clicked the "Register Now", it showed "No internet connection" and I cannot register the reward card, but my Internet correction is fine. I tied a couple of times. 
Could you please deal with the issue?
