I ordered fios about 1 week ago and scheduled an install date of friday the 8th. At approx 8pm on monday the 5th i got a phone call that my ordered had been terminated. When i called 1-800-verizon back to inquire why my order had been canceled the rep could not give me a reason why my order was canceled. They have buried the cable from the street to my house and they have sent me about 5 items by usps. I placed my order again on the computer just as before(although the incentives had changed and my bill will be 35 dollars higher for 6 month) and am worried they will cancel this one too, and i will miss work for a now show install. Any help would be appreciated.

Point out the price difference to the reps they will honor the original price. I have found Verizon very willing to make things right when "Stuff Happens"
