Canceling tech visit

Hi,

I am looking for a way to cancel my tech visit. I can't see a way to cancel it. My internet is already working and there is no need for a tech to come out.

Some background: I've had fios since 9/1. I've been trying to return a rented router by mail (I requested return kits five times) without success. I finally returned my router in person, came back to a disconnection notice and the internet had stopped working.

Today, I spent an hour on the phone and was signed up for NEW service on a new account. The internet is now working again on this new service, but I don't need a tech visit (the tech came out in September the first time around).

Thanks. Why can't I just send a frickin' email? I've already spent an hour and a half on the phone with them today, now I'm going to sit on hold another 20 minutes? grrr....

Verizon doesn't handle support via email.

Closest thing is via twitter.
