Cannot Obtain IP Address

Newbie

Have several devices connect (PCs, Laptop, Tablet, Cells) all working fine.  Trying to add two other devices (Droid phone, Win7 Laptop) and I keep getting "Cannot Obtain IP Address".  Tried turning off router for several minutes.  These devices have connected before.  Devices show it can see the wireless router, just won't connect

Hi there. Make sure you are using the right security settings. Go to www.verizon.com/repair and hit retrieve wifi settings. If you are confident you are using the right settings, then try deleting the wireless profile, and then afterwords dont add it back from the same window, instead delete the profile and then simply try to connect like normal. http://www.home-network-help.com/delete-wireless-network.html If that doesnt work then try changing the wireless channel. Login to your router on a connected device at 192.168.1.1 Username is admin Password is usually the serial number of your router (found on the sticker under the upc barcode and is case sensitive) Click on wireless at the top menu Click on basic security on the new left menu and scroll down to channels (i think its the third area) Channel 1 / apply. Test Channel 6 / apply Test Channel 11 / apply. Test
