You could try sending the webmaster of the site an e-mail reporting the issue. Their e-mail is located in the WHOIS record for the domain. I'll send it off to you. The mail server you use should be able to send the message out.

See the following thread for similiar issue and solution.
Short answer:
it will self heal. I can explain why its happening if u want but you should be able to temporarily access it with a proxy. Go to www.greensurf.info and u can access it until you get a new ip address.
The best thing for you to do in my opinion is physically power off your router when you got to bed tonight. In the morning when you turn it on you will like get a new ip address and be able to access like normal.

The problem has not gone away, I have turned off the modem overnight and recieved a new ip address but still cannot connect. I am thinking that it is a problem with Verizon since I had a friend who also has Verizon and she also cannot connect. Is there someone to contact at Verizon who can research this issue?

I tried visiting their website both on another ISP and through a proxy and it isn't loading up for me. I'd have to say right now the site itself is having issues, but when I get home shortly I'll check into it some more.
EDIT: I found one proxy that was able to reach it. The proxy spewed up a message from the website giving an Error 500 message from Jetty (their HTTP software).

I found that site responding but in a unexpectedly long interval of time. I.e. it tends to time out on a couple of tries. Probably not Verizon's problem.

I am able to trace their web server completely by using my web server, but it seems to be timing out when trying to reach their server from my Verizon connection. Looks to be a problem more on the datacenter end of things than a Verizon issue from my standpoint. Using a proxy through my webserver, that ISE 500 message is gone, and I'm actually seeing their website so it isn't hosed anymore in that perspective.

Thanks Smith6612,
Do you know who or how I go about getting this corrected?
Regards,
Tom
