I have the 9100 em model westell and just had verizon installed. When i go to portforward i type in my ip address for local, then i go to user defined, Source port i leave to any... then i pick range for the ports, set up the range i want to forward with udp and tcp, finish it up and click apply, but for some reason when i click apply and then i go to a port checker it says that the port is still closed!!! any help i would greatly appreciate thanks!!!!!!!
