Cannot redeem my $200 Nest/Google Promotion. There is no link after logging in!

I also am having trouble redeeming my $200 google/nest credit and I am being transferred all over the place with NO RESOLUTION!!! Even the promotion department says they can't help me as there is no manual method for resolving this. Anyone able to figure out how to redeem the offer?
