I can check MY e-mail just fine from Verizon.net if I am not at home. But, when my wife tries using verizon.net with her user name and password - she can not sign in.
How can she check her verizon.net e-mail when we are not at home?
I'm assuming that you are the primary account holder. Log in with your user name and password and click my account and go to sub accounts. Make sure that your wife's account is setup correctly and reset her password.
After reviewing the situation, my wife realized she had CHANGED her password in Outlook. But was using her OLD PW from the browser.
All is well.
