Complaints from a new customer!

I ordered the FiOS internect service at Aug.21.2014, then I start to wait for the router.

After one week I didn't hear anything for verizon, I called the custom service about the service, they told me that the system showed the order is completed, but they don't know where is the router, why the router isn't shipped. And promise to re-ship the router to me.

So I wait for another week, and still nothing. I called again on Aug.29, the first representive repeat the same this as the previous one, " it's weird, where is the router" and suddenly disconnect the line. I called again, and this time the representive said he will re-ship the router to me by ups, and this time I finally receive an order email saying that "Your replacement equipment order has been shipped and is on the way to you."  then I got the ups tracking,  I finally got the router on Sep.3.2014! Wow...........but the coax signalin the house need to repair.

And today, the tenique come and I can finally connect to the verizon internet, at Sep.6.2014. And I also to need to pay the first month's bill!! It's really upset

In addition, when I check the verizon email today and an upgrade order was placed and upgrade my service and increase the charge for $15 per month! BUT I EVEN DON'T KNOW THIS ORDER! I think I have to call the custom representive again tomorrow to cancel this upgrade tomorrow.

Really upset about the service from verizon and don't want to call custom service anymore!!!!
