I had it working for years until last week when something changed and none of the techs I've spoken seem to have a good answer or solution. Anyone one else having this issue? If a change in my config need to be made let me know PLEASE!

From memory, I believe the Cisco PIX 520 would be a small to medium business Firewall appliance. What issue is the Cisco giving you with the FiOS service? Is it not able to pull IPs?

What symptoms are you seeing (besides "it's not working")?
Have you checked the logs on the Cisco?
What have you done to troubleshoot the issue?
Have you rebooted the Cisco?
As a test, have you restored the original Actiontec?
Does that work?
Do you have static or dynamic IP address(es)?
