I can log into myfiosgateway.com on my quantum router using admin and password, and it shows the router as connected and my IPv4 address. But there are no devices listed under 'my network' or any other tab. I can view the devices in the Fios app but router capability is limited there. Has anyone else had similar trouble with the myfiosgateway site?

Any chance you are trying to login on a device connected to the 2.4 ghz wifi? If so, try connecting on your 5ghz wifi and then try to log in. I'm seeing this symptom related to this problem I'm having right now:

I tried logging in connected to both the 2.4 and the 5. No luck either way.

Im still having this problem and of course tech “support” is of no help. I can bully thru the security errors to get to myfiosgateway or 192.168.1.1 but no devices load so i cant do any advanced router fixes. Honestly just going to buy another router at this point.
