Hey,  I have a FIOS-PTX9D  router.  I'm trying to connect my laptop to the router.  My laptop wants a network key. I can't find any on the router, where the info always was before.  Anybody help? Thanks

I would look again at the labels.

there is a router password and the fios wifi passwords.

if the wifi passwords are not working I would simply push the reset button and then enter the router with the main password. Then go to the wifi section and see what it is.

passwords are normally case sensitive.
