Hello, my company has a corporate discount with Verizon for FIOS service. I followed "Verizon Connection" and the page always reverts back to my Verizon account. I have spoken to Verizon customer support but no one has been able to apply the discount as I understand the request has to come from the customer. I am not able to request for the discount to be applied as I already have service.

The problem is the customer is actually the company who is getting the discount for its employees or members.
normally there is a corporate contact that gets into contact with Verizon.
awhile back I applied for a 15% veterans discount and 25% off accessories, I had to use Verizon's web portal to upload a proof of service. Of course even then Verizon dragged it on and on. But I called and was persistent.
They may need you to provide some sort of proof before they allow the discount. I noticed at the connections website it only refers to when you sign up for fios not to existing customers.
You need to contact customer service 1800Verizon to have your discount applied.
Keep in mind this is for Verizon FIOS not Verizon wireless.

If you are on wireless yes NY State has a relationship with verizon WIRELESS not fios.
verizon connections gives a discount only when you first sign up. And it depends on the services you select. They don’t back date.
