For four months I've been trying to get VZ to correct errors in billing and service that VZ instituted. I've been billed for inter and intra LATA calls that I have always had included, so each month I have to manually get them removed. VZ has tried to disconnect distinctive ring from my secondary and tertiary line. I have requested that voice mail be removed and instead the business office has swapped the second and third line so that my fax now goes to the wrong number and the voice mail is still there, now also associated with the incorrect number. This has been referred to both the Fiber Solutions Center and the Service Fulfillment Center and no one has been able to resolve these issues. I cannot escalate this problem as no team leader or manager will call me back, although I have been assured that they will. I cannot get anyone to take accountability for these screw ups and have spent countless hours trying to straighten out VZ's incompetence. Interdepartmental co-operation in VZ has always been terrible, but this crosses the border from embarrassing to abysmal.

This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.
