Customizing WeatherBug and Local News locations on Verizon home page

My WeatherBug location keeps defaulting to New York City.  My Local News location keeps changing to places all over the country instead of the one I chose.  What can I do to lock in the locations I want?  Also, do the locations for both widgets need to be the same?

I stopped paying attention to those things years ago.  I became much happier afterwards.Smiley Very Happy

There is way to add to customize home page but no delete, I don't want entertainment junk games

There is a way to add stuff to the home page; but there is no way to DELETE entertainment and games; how do you get rid of the junk you don't want?
