Hi,
We are having intermittent slowdowns on webpages, some timing out and failing to load, some working fine. All PCs in the house have been updated, defragged, and deloused<G>. I power-cycled and reset the router. All diagnostic programs show our connection and router working as they should. On the FiOS TV side of things, we can get the cable channels, and I can stream from Netflix, but we cannot use widgets, messages, and other similar functions. When I used the remote to run your diagnostics on my Set Top Box, test results said it wasn't connected to the internet. Again, indications are that the problem is outside of my area of control. Is anyone else having issues? I'm in the Mid-Atlantic region, in Newark, Delaware.

Could this be an LCR issue or possibly an outage on a BB router in philly?
