Greetings, I am a Fios customer paying over $350.00 monthly for a residential triple package with wireless. I expect to get top service, not good service, and certainly not mediocre service. I am a Netflix user. This is incredibly important to me, and the intentional service reduction for Netflix servers is so ridiculous. I have already noticed poor performance and lagging of my shows on Netflix. This will ultimately wind up in the hands of the courts, as they rightly believe that the internet should be free of this kind of bullying and greedy tactics. The joke of this is that the customers are already paying for this internet service, and Fios wants to get paid on both sides. Verizon needs to end this absurd behavior. What is it going to take?
