Previous ticket opened December last year. Resolved by late Feb!
Well it's back again...
Ok it's dropped since yesterday.
Can we get a ticket opened for this issue?
It's the same problem I had before!
You need to contact Verizon tech support and ask for assistance.
I did, they bounced the ONT and the chat timed out before I was able to connect via cell hotspot.
I need a tech to come onsite to verify the issue as before so this can be fixed.

A tech is coming tomorrow AM (scheduled).
Just providing an update: upload is down to 378Mbs now or close to 200Mbps less than what it normally is!
