Hi, I just upgraded my service on 7/20 from 50/25 to 75/75.  I was paying $102.99 with TV included and on the promotion page before submitting the order this was the following pricing with no contract extension:

Month 1:  $78

Month 2-3:  $88

Month 4-24:  $93

I tried speaking to several people over the phone but they have no clue at all.  I did save screenshots of step by step when I submitted the order in case there is a dispute.

A lot of people are having billing issues with upgrading in the past couple of weeks. You could contact Verizon reps by going to the Verizon Direct forums at dslreports.com and see if they can help you there.
