HI. I'm looking for some help. I moved recently, 5 minutes away from where I used to live. At my previous address, I had a different ISP. I played the Blizzard game Hearthstone and never had any issues. Now that I have moved, I switched to Verizon Fios and I get constant interrupts any time I play any Blizzard games or when I access a Blizzard forum. I googled this and, apparently, other users from RI and MA have reported the issue but it has not been resolved.

How can I get someone from Verizon to look at my diagnostics? Technical support over the phone was not very helpful. Here's the data. Thank you!
