I just spent 32 minutes on the phone with Customer "support". 12 mins of that was on hold!
Issue: They changed my lineup, removing a channel that I watch all the time and packaging it with a sports package. It's now $9.99 a month extra to watch it, with about 8 other channels I have no interest in. Of the 180+ channels I get, I only watch about 10, now 9.
Customer Support was of no use. The supervisor would not speak to me, said the rep that she couldn't help anyway.
They won't let me drop FIOS, I'd get charged a termination fee, but they can drop one of my favorite channels from my package without any questions!
This is a BAIT and SWITCH move! Hook them with cool channels, then make them pay for it later!
I cannot wait for my 2 years to end so I can go back to Comcast!
