Drastically Slower Download in Dallas

My internet is slow again tonight.

This is how wonderful mine is working right now.  

This is getting rediculous.  

The tech that came out this past weekend told me there was nothing that he could do and that the main office would have to fix this then left and closed the ticket.  I asked him for an ETA and he suggested I open a ticket again in another week if it is not fixed by then.

Just to be sure I tried power my router off and back on again, and that just made it even slower.

I just wanted to confirm the same findings. ~5Mbps Download / ~3.5Mbps upload when I pay for 50/50

Unfortunately I am connected wirelessly so I don't always get 50/50, however if I do an intranetwork test with iperf, I get at least 25mbps

Mine was actually good Wednesday night, but tonight i am back to under 10.

Even better now... best part was I am on the phone with support again while I ran it.
