There are some suggestions here: http://whatismyipaddress.com/change-ip I assume you mean your public IP ??

The Fios routers are dynamic. If you sign into the router it will say so on the main menu. They will automatically change from time to time, but if you want it to change more often you can do what is said in the link that was posted above my post.

Even with a router power cycle it is unlikely that the public IP address will change.  I've had my router off for extended periods of time, and I get the same public IP when the router reconnects.  It depends on the lease time and how many other IPs are being requested.  That said, recycling the router after leaving it off for a period of time **may** pull a new IP, but it isn't that likely.

Check out this link for some good information.
