Since this new format for verizon e-mail has been implemented I have had trouble with e-mails. I have tried the automated diagnostic tools, but nothing has solved the problem. All other software is working an other e-mail programs work, as well.
When I click on reply, it kicks out of the verizon site.
If I take a moment composing an e-mail, when I click send, it kicks out of the verizon site.
I use the rich format client once every day or so just to check the spam folder. I looged in today, let it sit for almost 30 minutes, and did not get logged out due to inactivity. So clearly the rich format client does not log you out due to inactivity, or if it does, it has a very long time value.
