EXPORTING OUTLOOK EXPRESS/OUTLOOK 2003 EMAILS BACK TO VERIZON YAHOO ACCT

I accidentally setup Verizon Yahoo on my Outlook Express Acct.  without checking the leave the messages on the server box.  Unfortunately I do not want them there.  I need to keep backups of my emails online.  How do I send them back to the Verizon Yahoo Server?  And why are there two different verizon webmail login sites?  I have mine on Verizon Yahoo somehow?!?  PLEASE HELP these emails are essential:

PROBLEM:     Need to export outlook express (or outlook 2003) emails back to Verizon Yahoo Acct. ((as they were before, uncompressed,)

COMPUTER:  HP Pavilion A720n Desktop

                          Verizon FIOS Internet

                         

WHY:  NEED BACKUP EMAILS ONLINE, CANT USE OFFICE 2003 EXPIRATION EXPIRED.

ANY HELP WILL BE MASSIVELY APPRECIATED

Once email is removed from the server, it is gone from the server....

The only way to get email on the server is through the inbox....

So basically, you can send the emails to yourself.... but then they are all from you and all from today... if you rellay just need copies, there ya go... but if you need them back the way they were, sorry, but I do not know of any other way to do so.
