Here is a weird issue......The issue apparently is my aunt lost her emais. She had emails that she has lost from her inbox. She hasnt apparently read any of them off her cellphone which she has emails received to as well. Can anyone shed some light on this issue? She did have the option of leaving emails on the server which I unchecked.
Thanks

Well it sounds like you unchecked the option to leave mail on the server.

I get the same trouble. It's been a little more than a year and three times my e-mail has been removed/erased/deleted. When I called verizon the first time for help, they were no help. The lady I spoke to just closed the trbl tkt and called it a day. She even tried to blame me. Now, I've checked verizon's e-mail retention policy. That states: "All read e-mail will be retained indefinitely as long as you do not exceed the maximum storage quota for your mailbox." It also states: "You can determine the available storage space for your mailbox via the e-mail storage window in the left column of your mailbox." One of the jokes is, I don't see a "e-mail storage window". Can anyone please help me out?

I can see my usage in the lower right-hand corner of the page, right under the Add Contact and Options buttons: Storage x% of 2GB. I am using the Flash version of webmail, are you?

I'm using verizon basic mail. I don't know what the Flash version is. I had to go to the "My Account" page to see that I'm using 0% of 2048 mb of storage.
