Hi,
I received yesterday an email stating I had not yet returned equipment (a wireless router). However, I returned the equipment approximately a week ago via the provided pre-paid box. The equipment was returned to a UPS store as requested. When I called customer service I was told my equipment could possibly be in the process of inventorying; however the rep could not confirm that to be accurate. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
