My Fios Internet has been really clitchy lately so I tried to run the Wizard in Verizon Help & Support to see if it could fix it. Part way through the diagnosis , it said "Error 1335" Cabs.w1.w1.cab It was trying to copy/update new files and under the error message it said: File Email Check Control to click.exe. and gave directory path. It stopped and couldn't complete the task. Anybody know what all this means? I'm wondering if my Verizon files are corrupt. I've been getting a strange message when I'm on a web site (IE) and I try to go back to Verizon Central--it says Page not found or keeps trying to go the page, but the verizon box up in the right corner of the window keeps running. Eventually I will get to the page, but clearly I have a problem Any thoughts on how to fix it?

Are talking about Verizon Service Point Software? "In Home Agent" and "Verizon Internet Security Suite" ? I would reinstall, this should resolve the error. Let me know if you still need help!
