I get two error messages:

Mccibrowser.exe not found

ipworks6.dll needs to be reinstalled

Where do I find and how to correct?

I'm not sure about ipworks6.dll 

But the Mccibrowser.exe is part of the Verizon help and support software. Personally I dont like this little "helper" program and have uninstalled it from my computer. But if you do want it you can go to...

https://activate.verizon.net/fiosreg/welcome

and choose the option for "reinstall software" and this will reload that (and all the other Verizon software) back onto your computer.  The ipworks6.dll may be part of that software.
