Our house was out of power for more than 4 hours due to the replacement of the electrical panel, everything worked very well except internet, we couldn't get access to Internet either through wireless or hot wire. We went to Verizon Tech Page through 4g and followed the instructions step by step, for two times, but couldn't make it work. So we ended up calling Verizon for tech support. We spoke with a gentleman named Jabbar, he is very patient, nice and professional. He guided us with the procedure, and apologized for the "trouble" we were experiencing. After a while on the phone with all those steps, our internet was still down. Jabbar felt very sorry for this and arranged for us an on-site service early morning the following day. Even the problem was not solved, we were still quite happy for his professional and kind help. About 10 minutes later, to our big surprise that Jabbar called us. He let us do one of the steps that we went through earlier again, bang, our internet was back! Thanks to his super help. We sincerely want to thank him for his working merit and responsible manner. He is the kind of person who has his whole heart for his customers, and we are happy for Verizon who has a employee like him! Thanks!
