I have the same problem..just went from 15/5..where I was getting about 14/3 ..to the 25/25 package..where I'm now getting 14/10 according to speedtest.. *sigh*

Has this speed test been run on more than one computer at your location?

Is it hardwired or wireless?

And yes as pointed out by FSC, your milage may very. But I would not accept the speeds you are getting!

Do you have your own ONT, or are you in an apartment with VDSL over FiOS?
