I recently signed up for FIOS triple play and i was promised that both Activation and Installation Fees would be waved.
I recieved my first bill, i can see the installation fee waved, but i see the 1 of 3 activation fee present.
I feel that this is very deceptive on behalf of Verizon.

I have called the center, and they basically told me go back to the store and talk to whoever made the promise to you. I was at the store earlier, and they said call the service desk. So now i am caught in the middle of Verizon depts pointing fingers while still refusing to drop the activation fee. I guess all the horrors about Verizon deceptive practices are true.
