I'm trying to connect to a server (http://zychal.net/) from my home fios connection (All my FIOS router settings are defaults), however I get a message indicating the server cannot be found.
However, I don't have a problem connecting to the server at other locations (work, iphone).
Any ideas what's wrong with Verizon?

Probably the first nameserver was down. But doesn't explain the second not finding the adddress. For what its worth I got a good result this morning using the first server,
nslookup

Maybe a problem with the Verizon dns servers.
Connects fine from here, I assume as I don't understand the Polish message that came back.
I'm using open dns, try their servers and see if it works.

if I go to zychal.net then I get an apache server error stating the page file can't be found, I believe the ip for that site to be 94.152.8.19 and when I try going there I get directed to the hosting company.
odd behavior http://zychal.net gets me the apache server page error, if I go to www.zychal.net I get a string of letters, and if I go to the ip mentioned I get the hosting company.

Sounds like someone didn't set up their Apache configuration correctly 🙂
