I called Miss Utility to locate buried lines on my property because I am digging along my driveway. I know there are lines there and Miss Utility said there were no lines. Can someone from Verizon come and mark the lines? there is a box at the front of my property so it should not be too difficult to know which direction they are coming from.

I’ve also had a technician come out to mark lines via repair ticket. But he said I don’t exist in their system yet I have service and get a bill every month.

Welcome to the forums. You're talking mostly to other customers here.
Your question is best answered by Verizon. To reach them, I suggest you use chat as their phone support is very slow these days. You can also try their social media support team by tweeting @Verizonsupport of finding their Facebook page.

Thanks. Verizon is not helpful, no one I speak with knows what to do and I’m going in circles. Was looking for others with similar experience and how they resolved.

Try their social media support team, they are often more helpful than their phone peps.
If you don't like Twitter or Facebook, you can reach them through DSLreports.com. You'll need to create a free account, but once created you can post in a private forum that connects you with Verizon's social media support team. Once you post, they will point you to a private chat on their website to hold the discussion. Here's the link:

You could also try posting in the public Verizon forum on DSLreports. Maybe someone over there has an experience similar to yours.
