I wonder if somebody is messing with our accounts. I got the services back on March and have some fishy issues with it. 1) unable to check my email and I just find out that my verizon security service has been disabled. CAN SOME BODY HELP?
I called earlier today the tech was unable to fix the problem. I got a ticket number and somebody call like 4 hours later to tell me that the service should be working fine by then....Surprise.....Still not working :!
