Today, three Verizon employees have provided me wrong appointment time for installation of FIOS service. This inconvenience resulted in ruining my Saturday (weekend). This company and employees need to learn business courtesy and business manners. These customer reps need to stop recommending customer products and put their time on setting up/confirming correct appointment schedules to customers. These people have no courtesy on letting customers know for schedule update. Luckily, late in the afternoon, I called the Company to know status of my appointment and I am finding out that my appointment for today has been cancelled. Hopefully, via this complaint I can talk to supervisor of the Company and stop this behavior of the Company for rest of new customers.
I extremely upset with Verizon being a new customer. I have a second thought on if I should cancel FIOS service and continue with Cablevision programming.
