Verizon,
My appointment set 1 month ago for the 8 AM - 12 PM installation was not performed on the agreed upon date and time--and with zero communication and no prior notice from the company that your installation facilities would not ready by deadline. Now, after waiting hours today for the installation that never happend, I have to wait 48 more hours for someone to call me back--now I am in the dark with no resolution or information. Do you think this is acceptable business practice? Can you help me?
