FIOS Installation date discrepancy

HELP!  I had ordered installation for Monday, March 22nd between 8 AM and noon, but I called 2 days ago to reschedule for Friday, March 26th between noon and 5; however, I am still receiving confirmation mails and messages stating my high speed DSL is to be disconnected Monday and FIOS installation to begin.  I will not be here Monday, and there is no one in scheduling on the phone to contact over the weekend regarding this matter.  What should I do???  Have someone tell them to leave when they get here Monday?  This is making me angry.

more than likely the automated emails simply have not changed... if you did not reschedule the disconnect of the DSL.. that MAY still happen on the ORIGINAL date.... FYI... DSL support is 24/7 at 1 866 268 4630.. not sure if they can help with the disconnect, but if not, they can advise what to do about DSL....

you can ALWAYS contact FiOS Technical support 24/7-365 at 1 888 553 1555...  they can confirm the ACTUAL install date, and if need be, reschedule it

you can also use the live chat option at www.verizon.com/contactus.. it is not 24/7 but available during most of the day and night 7 days a week, do accomplish the same thing
