It is great when it works. But sporadically the connection is below .5 down. It seems to happen during prime time.
I have contacted technical support multiple times and they tried to blame my computer and my router. They sent me a new router and the problem still happens. I have tried multiple computer and the problem still happens. LAST TIME I TRIED CHATING WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT: SPEED GOT SO SLOW WE GOT DISCONNECTED AND THEY MADE NO EFFORT TO RECONNECT WITH ME!
I have the ethernet hooked up and have tried wifi same problem.
I know it is not my computer or my router since they both work perfectly most of the time.
I pay a lot of money for guaranteed speeds... and I am not getting them when I need them most.
Verizon should credit my account to compensate for lost opporunities to use the service.
There are other posts on these forums with similar problems!
