I've run through all the on-line trouble shooters. The status light on the junction box is green. No fix there.
Chat is always unavailable. Is it just one little ol' lady in India working this?
I've called support three times and in each case gave up after more than an hour on hold. Twice I've entered by cell number because I was told I'd be called back when a service rep became available. When the call comes I'm put on hold again.
