FIOS Port Forwarding - Which Port to use?

Message 1 of 2

I have an application that is accessed on the internet with this URL:  http://support.companyname.com:10000  where support.companyname.com is pointing to a server on the LAN behind a FIOS router.

What FIOS router port needs to be forwarded:  Port 80 because this is a HTTP request?  Or Port 10000?   Or both?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Your instruction manual should tell you the specific ports.  It might be both (that is common) but from what you posted, it looks like 10000,

Follow these instructions for help with the actual steps.
