When I stream live internet music from my iphone to my bluetooth stereo receiver I lose my wifi connection from my fios router  I basically go down to one bar.  Is this a frequency conflict?  If I shut off the blue tooth and plu directly from my phone to my amplifier , I get full wifi signal.  Any idea how to get around this?

Thanks

I am not sure since I do not have any FIOS router, but perhaps in the router changing the channel?

Wireless can have interference from microwaves, bluetooth devices, cordless phones, etc.  You should change the channel setting to either 1,6,11.  The default setting of the actiontec router is automatic.  Try one of these settings and see if you continue to have the same problem.

Oh sure no problem.  Assuming you have the Actiontec router, logon to the router by going to http://192.168.1.1

Select Wireless Settings

Choose Basic Wireless Settings

Item #3 should be Channel.  Change to either 1,6, or 11.
