This is a horrible experience with Verizon FIOS. I have scheduled a move on 28th April. On April 28th they disconnected my service at my old location and  were not able to setup service at new location asking me to wait for 4 days for connection setup. When I asked them to invoke my serivce at my old location for the 4 days they were not able to do and requested me to active new account at my old location for 4 days. Now they have charged $154 for 4 days of internet connection(my plan was $50.59) and $50.59 at the new location. Total $204.59 for one month. Customer service is pathetic they dont even have minimum etiquettes to  behave with customer. They are reluctant to help customer.
