FIOS drop in Germantown MD, 2 nights in a row?

Is there some place where I can check maintence records in my area ?

I only ask because last night, and tonight, both near 2 AM, Verizon FIOS dropped my router.

I know it is a problem between those two devices, because I had no problems logging onto the router, checking status, ect.

It seemed like I could recover yesterdays drop faster than today's - not sure why.

If this is going to be a nightly thing, it would be nice if it was posted somewhere.

Also - my phone is through FIOS - and my first attempt at calling out during the outage failed.  That worries me more than the network outage.

Thanks for any info.

Not that I know of. I am in Germantown but was asleep at 2am. I know at times there are reboots of equipment and that may be considered a safe time. How long was it down? I have had mine reboot at 2am before, but it came back up after a few minutes.
