For past 48+ hours (now 8-3-2018 noon), I have been getting FIOS intermittent very slow (25 mps) then 75 mips, maybe normal 150 for a short times. Rebooted my router, etc. Just super slow. Internet outage maps show whole DC area, Fios outage check says everything is okay (during a high speed period). Any clues?

How are you measuring speed? Verizon can only control their network. Tests to speedtest.Verizon.net will confirm your access. Otherwise, it may be an issue past Verizon network.
