Did you contact support using the in app help?

If not, try that as those techs are app specific.

Thanks for that suggestion.  I just submitted a ticket using the Help section in the app.

+1 on this issue. after deleting the fios app, the iOS system steadily shows more storage availability over time. This FIOS app needs to be fixed.
