FIOS - never coming to my area - what a tease

For about 9 years Verizon Fios has been advertised in my area BUT it is never available.

It is available everywhere around my area within 1-5 miles but not this area (90025).

I call and call and call and just get given the run around.

What is going on?

Can someone at Verizon explain why it is not coming into play?
